Ruth Henderson (Vice Chair)
Chief Executive, Seafood Shetland
Ruth as Chief Executive of Seafood Shetland, will represent the interests of both the shellfish growing and fish processing sectors in Shetland. She has experience of working with micro and small to medium seafood businesses in remote areas, as well as the diverse issues that affect them. She will also be providing a link to the various seafood sector organisations which operate from the Shetland Seafood Centre, Stewart Building in Lerwick and, for this programme, NAFC’s Marine Centre in Scalloway.
